Senior Talent Recruiter

We are hiring for an experienced TACE – Talent Acquisition & Client Engagement Executive to join our new venture based out of Mumbai, India.

If you have experience either as an in house or agency recruiter, who has dealt with a recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding, then we’d love to have a chat with you.

Client engagement & acquisition will also be part of your role.

A good reliable network would be preferable but not essential.

Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Working Model: Hybrid

Notice Period: 15-30 days

Work Days: Mon-Fri, Flexi hours

Package: 4-6 lakhs + Incentives

• Basic Requisites:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve individual as well as team targets.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

   

• Job Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups.
  • Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
  • Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
  • Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time.
  • Should be able to engage & onboard clients
  • Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till closer.
  • Schedule trainings for individuals & corporate clients.
